Recently, the joint lab team of Oak Grove Ventures and the School of Software at Zhejiang University won first prize at the Service Computing Innovation Competition during the China Computer Federation (CCF) 2024 China Digital Services Conference.
This competition, co-organized by the Steering Committee for Software Engineering Education of the Ministry of Education and the Service Computing Committee of the China Computer Federation, is one of the most prestigious events in China’s computer science field and holds significant international influence.
The team’s award-winning project aims to leverage next-generation information technologies—such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and big data—to build a water area monitoring system with wide coverage, rapid response, and a high degree of intelligence. Through technological innovation, the system significantly improves the efficiency and precision of water area regulation, enabling the fast detection and response to illegal activities, and providing scientific data for ecological protection, ultimately achieving intelligent water governance. This project highlights the team’s outstanding research capabilities and collaborative spirit.
